Official contact
Law-enforcement agencies can contact EMEM2 OÜ at support@kustly.com using a verifiable official agency address. Use the subject “Law enforcement request”. Contact this address to arrange an appropriate transfer method before sending sensitive materials.
Request requirements and review
Include the agency name, officer’s name and role, verifiable contact details, jurisdiction, case reference, legal basis and applicable legal process. Identify the account or content, requested data categories, time range, purpose and deadline as precisely as possible. Requests are assessed for authenticity, legal basis, scope and jurisdiction; we may seek clarification or reject vague, overbroad or invalid requests.
Disclosure and user notification
Information is disclosed only where legally permitted or required and only to the extent that relevant data is available. A request does not guarantee that data exists or will be disclosed. We may notify a user where legally permitted; a legal prohibition or substantiated safety risk may limit or delay notice.
Preservation requests
A preservation request must identify the account or data, relevant time range, legal authority, requested preservation period and responsible officer’s contact details. We assess it under applicable law. Preservation is not disclosure and does not restore already deleted data; disclosure may require separate legal authority.
Imminent danger
Kustly is not an emergency service and does not guarantee 24-hour monitoring or an immediate response. Contact local emergency services for immediate danger; call 112 in Estonia and the European Union. Agencies should mark urgent requests “Emergency law enforcement request”, describe the specific imminent risk to life or of serious injury, explain the urgency and provide the necessary data and an officer’s direct contact. Urgency does not remove the need to assess legal basis and authenticity.
