Close your profile
Open Settings, choose Close my account, read the explanation and confirm. We remove your public profile and conversations, end matches, revoke sessions and cancel subscription renewal.

Minimal pseudonymous identity records, restrictions, relevant moderation evidence and required accounting documents are retained. Closing your profile does not remove a ban. Our privacy notice explains these separate purposes. Contact support to exercise your data rights.
Cancelling renewal keeps Premium available until the end of the paid period. Closing the account ends account access and initiates cancellation of automatic renewal; it is not itself a refund request. Failed payment may interrupt Premium. Free chat and safety features remain available if the account meets access requirements. Gifted Premium does not itself create a paid subscription.

If you use eID or a linked Google account, sign in that way and close the account in settings. The form below is for users with an email address and a Kustly password. If neither option works, contact support@kustly.com so we can arrange secure ownership verification. Do not send PINs, passwords or your personal code.
Request account closure
Your email and password can prove account ownership even when dating access is suspended or banned. This does not sign you in or remove a restriction. Our team reviews the request.
