Acceptable Use Policy
These rules apply to profiles, photos, messages, other content shared on Kustly and interactions through the service. They supplement the Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility and truthful information
Kustly is for people aged 18 or over. Portal access requires identity verification and a confirmed email address. Each person may have one account. Provide accurate information, keep it up to date and use only your own account. Impersonation, fake profiles, fraud and evasion of restrictions are prohibited.
Respect other people’s boundaries
Harassment, threats, stalking, coercion, blackmail, hateful abuse and other abusive conduct are prohibited. Respect consent and requests to end contact. Do not circumvent a block through another account or channel.
Sexual content and protection of minors
Offering, advertising or arranging sexual services, escort services, prostitution or paid sexual encounters is prohibited. Pornographic, sexually explicit and exploitative content is prohibited. Child sexual abuse material, grooming and any attempt to establish sexual contact with a minor are strictly prohibited. Do not upload such material or email it to support; report its location and contact the police where appropriate.
Prohibition of trafficking, sexual violence and exploitation
Sexual violence and sexual exploitation are strictly prohibited. Human trafficking and sex trafficking are strictly prohibited. Assisting, encouraging, promoting, facilitating or enabling sexual violence, sexual exploitation, or any other abuse or exploitation of another person is strictly prohibited. Kustly must not be used to recruit people for, advertise, arrange or broker any such activity. These prohibitions apply to profiles, images, events, messages and all other use of the service, including off-platform arrangements initiated through Kustly.
Fraud, money and misuse of the service
Illegal goods, services or financial activity, money laundering, investment scams and deception to obtain money, payment details or transfers are prohibited. Do not use Kustly to solicit money from other users or arrange paid introductions. Spam, scraping, abusive automation and bypassing authentication, security controls or usage restrictions are prohibited.
Content, privacy and rights
Share only content you have the right to publish. Do not disclose another person’s private information, documents, intimate images or private correspondence without a lawful basis. Do not infringe copyright or other rights. Identity verification does not establish ownership of a photo or guarantee someone’s behaviour.
Reporting and consequences
Use the in-app reporting and blocking tools or contact support@kustly.com. Describe the incident and identify the profile or content where possible. Violations may result in content removal, warnings, account restrictions or closure. Serious matters will be reported to competent authorities where legally required. Contact support to request reasons or review, including human review of an automated photo decision. An appeal does not automatically lift a restriction. In immediate danger, call 112 or your local emergency number.
